Out of 130 companies evaluated, Disney and Google shared the No. 1 position this year. Disney India is a leading Media and Entertainment company in India panning across various businesses like Digital, Movies, Television and Consumer Products.  Overall Purpose of the Role:  - Team lead for product planning, revenue & strategy reporting to the overall Revenue Head in the Interactive business  Areas of Responsibility:  Product Creation:  - Work closely with the product development team for creation of branded consumer services and offerings   - Define and deliver New Functionality and enhancements to the Services  - Identifying target products as per requirement from clients.  - Liaise with Technical team on execution.   Budget Creation & Review:  - Develop annual budget based on the performance and as per company's set goals.   - Monitor the product performance and give strategic and tactical inputs to achieve the sales target to the relevant teams.  Develop Market Understanding:  - Create tools and aids for the sales team for easy comprehension of market occurrences and patterns  Strategic Outlook To The Business:   - Constantly review current methodologies and tools incorporating strategic partner objective as well.   - Develop tracking mechanisms & prepare various dashboards to increase sales efficiencies and catch inefficiencies in a good market.   - Mange and Develop Relationships with Partners  New Revenue Opportunities:  - Developing and executing new business initiatives that convert to higher revenue generation.   - Developing revenue models using strategic pricing inputs.   - Develop Digital technologies/Communication channels to maximise use and engagement.  Pricing:  - Formulate pricing for products with the BI Team  Team Management:  - Build robust and healthy team; creating a healthy working environment with open channels of communication; encouraging ideas. Set clear objectives, define deliverables to plan and organize work.  Qualification:  Minimum Qualification: MBA (Tier 1 management institute) with at least 10-12 years of post-qualification experience and Proven ability to meet revenue targets.  Skills Required:  - Strong Quantitative and analytical ability   - Should have extensive knowledge of branded products  - Strong leadership skills   - Relationship Management skills.   - Organized, Driven, Proactive and Self Motivated
