- Back end research and support for all IR activities including Quarterly Results, preparing Earnings Release and Investor FAQs.   - Doing macro and industry research.  - Equity Valuation  - Keeping up-to-date investor presentations and maintaining all IR data and IR website.  - Financial modelling - maintaining company's financial model and keeping it regularly updated according to company guidance and quarterly results.   - Valuation - arriving at consensus from various brokerage projections.   - Monitoring peer companies, stock markets and economic indicators.   - Shareholder register analysis.   Work experience in the Investor Relations department of any listed company will be an added advantage.  Key Skill Sets Required :  - Excellent Computer skills: MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Advanced)  - Strong communication skills (verbal & written)  - Must be familiar with valuation techniques like EV/EBITDA, DCF   - Must have working knowledge of financial accounting and direct and indirect taxes.  - Highly Self Driven and motivated - should be able to work in a small team with minimum external interaction.  - Perusader - should be able to get data from across functions within the organization.  - Integrity - should have demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential data in the past.  - Should be number driven.  - Problem solver attitude  Salary offered - 7-8.5 LPA
