Position Title Disbursement Authorization Manager - Central Operations

Department Central Operations - Mumbai

Reporting To Head - HL & LAP Ops

Experience Overall: Candidate should posses 3 to 5 years work experience in Bank / NBFC Back-end Operations.

Relevant: Candidate should posses knowledge and work experience in Loan Disbursement Process (Mortgage Product) for atleast 1 to 2 years recently.

Position Summary Head the housing & LAP disbursement hub at Mumbai. Candidate will be based at Mumbai Hub and will be validating and doing payment processing for Mortgage files for customer payment as per the given process and compliance standards. Candidate will also interact with stake holders for query resolution and ensure that the disbursement payments are processed in system within turn around time.

Co-ordinates With Sales, Credit & Branch Operations Team

Primary Roles & Responsibilities - To process the file for disbursement basis policies prescribed for a particular region under the disbursement Hubs .

- To manage a team of executives managing processing the files for the region

- To ensure that the files are validated for accuracy / document compliance and then processed on system

- To maintain Key defines metrics on TAT and accuracy.

- To ensure all deviations / approval are in the file prior to disbursement

- To co-ordinate with stake holders on query resolution and ensure faster turn around on disbursement process.

- To ensure CERSAI check and validation prior to processing the loan disbursement

- To approve Cheque printing / RTGS and ensure customer payments to branches as per disbursement requests.

- Responsible for security interest charge creation process in CERSAI module within the threshold.

- To handle queries related to bank reconciliation & other GL reconciliations

- To work towards improvement in process / systems on a continuous basis including providing business requirements, UAT etc

- To provide periodic training to team on improving the processing capability and FTR for the region.

Domain/Functional Skills - Have exposure to Mortgage processes / documentation

- Have exposure to Disbursement Process in HFC / Mortgage industry.

- Have exposure of working in a Centralized Disbursement Function.

- Communication skills

- Exposure in handling office tools & system data capturing

Managerial/Soft Skills - Data oriented

- Exposure to Dashboard Culture preferred
