Sr.Account Executive/Account Supervisor - Loyalty; CRM

Principal Accountabilities :

- Complete understanding of the brands that you work on and strategize to provide relevant marketing solutions for the brands under your custody.

- Execute marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for various clients.

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the current client portfolio.

- Responsible for achieving quarterly billing and collection targets.

- Meticulous project management and follow-up meet SLA's and client targets and deadlines.

- Delivering accounts business targets.

- Maintaining excellent rapport with all the layers of client organization.

- Handling multiple client accounts and delivery of revenue.

- Delivering accounts business targets.

- Delivering on service levels as per agreement(SLA with clients).

- Responsible for collection of dues from the clients within the due time.

- Responsible for adhering to ISO processes.

- Understanding the target audiences through analysis of transactional and profile data.

- Ideating, conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for various clients.

- Designing communications in print, web and mobile including executing e-mail and SMS campaigns.

- Tracking response to campaigns and analyzing ROI for learning and further fine tuning.

- Identifying and coordinating with external vendors and service providers including printers, event and promotion agencies, gift vendors etc.

- Tracking competitor response and activity for the brands you are working for.

- Being aware of and keeping track of various happenings and responses in the specific categories that you are working for.

- Being commercially aware and being cost conscious to track profitability of the various tasks executed by you.
