Position Summary:   Will be responsible for management of group of client accounts and delivery of revenue  Principal Accountabilities:   - Planning annual budget, opportunity spotting and driving Business KPIS.   - Play the role of an advisor to the client & add value to clients operations  - P&L: Responsibility for reaching or exceeding budgeted goals in one or more of our key client businesses  - Campaign Planning & Execution: Responsible for conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of customer retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and championing successful execution.  - Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software applications. Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making on next steps.  Strategic:   - Complete understanding of the Clients industry and strategize to provide relevant marketing solutions for the brands under your stewardship  Operational:   - Execute marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for various clients  - Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the current client portfolio  - Responsible for achieving quarterly billing and collection targets   - Meticulous project management and follow-up meet SLAs and client targets and deadlines  - Delivering accounts business targets  Other Responsibilities:   - Maintaining excellent rapport with all the layers of client organization.   - Guiding a team of Account Executives.   - Handling multiple client accounts and delivery of revenue.   - Delivering accounts business targets.   - Delivering on service levels as per agreement (SLA with clients)   - Responsible for collection of dues from the clients within the due time.   - Responsible for adhering to ISO processes.   - Understanding the target audiences through analysis of transactional and profile data   - Ideating, conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for various clients   - Designing communications in print, web and mobile including executing e-mail and SMS campaigns   - Tracking response to campaigns and analyzing ROI for learning and further fine tuning   - Identifying and coordinating with external vendors and service providers including printers, event and promotion agencies, gift vendors etc.   - Tracking competitor response and activity for the brands you are working for   - Being aware of and keeping track of various happenings and responses in the specific categories that you are working for   - Being commercially aware and being cost conscious to track profitability of the various tasks executed by you.  Direxions Marketing Solutions Pvt.
