Director/VP - Marketing - Online/Internet (5-15 yrs)
Reporting to: CEO
Team Size: 4-5 people
Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing (both digital and traditional marketing) team to create a distinctive brand position for homebuyers and builder partners
- Establish as the go-to-brand for homebuyers; through innovative attacker strategies create a unique positioning in the minds of homebuyers
- Manage cost of customer acquisition through the right channel strategies
- Own and lead the content creation in line with customer understanding and expectations.
- Ideate and execute homebuyer and builder focused events that will help create a strong platform for users/builders to experience
Desired skills and experience:
- Overall 10 - 15 years of experience in the digital/ internet ecosystem
- 8+ years of experience in building and leading marketing teams
- Experience in scaling users on a new digital platform
Passionate about real estate domain and making a difference to Home Buyers
