Director/VP - Human Resources - BPO

Our client is a US based Financial services company with a focus on investments and asset management operations globally for institutional / retail clients. The role is with the shared services centre based in Bangalore, predominantly taking care of Finance, HR, IT and Analytics operations.

We are on the lookout for a smart go getter for the Head-HR -BU / Director HR for this 1700 strong Business Unit, with a vibrant highly skilled workforce. The role encompasses all aspects of HR, both classical and evolving responsibilities and challenges.

An Ideal candidate would be :

- A go getter with 14 plus years of experience and who has grown steadily in a Human Resources Generalist role in industries like- KPO / BPO, IT, Telecom, Retail, BFSI catering to large headcounts.

- Proven ability to work in a global organisation with round the clock team management, and interaction with clients / service providers across various locations.

- Hands on experience in managing a HR team of senior managers, managers and executives at tactical level.

- A 2 year full time MBA from a renowned institute.

- Should have excellent leadership skills with very good knowledge of existing and emerging concepts and technological tools in HR.
