Role: Director – Treasury & Financial Markets advisory

This role is for marketing Treasury & Financial advisory services to Corporate and Institutional clients across India, based out of Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships advising clients on Rates, Foreign Exchange and Credit out of a boutique Financial Advisory Firm offering Investment Banking services and should be in a position to migrate his relationships to the firm.

KRAs:

Responsible for the development and performance of the Business

- You will act as the focal point for guidance and assistance in development of the FX, rates and trade finance advisory business.

- Provide advice on relevant treasury models and practices as it relates to Cash management, liquidity management, working capital, risk management and other treasury related matters

- Assist clients in the design or reengineering of their treasury functions and cash and liquidity management processes

- Client acquisition and satisfaction matrices

- Define sales targets and coach Sales team

- Develop commercial proposals for Clients

Qualifications & Skills:

- Expert Knowledge of Financial Markets

- Atleast about a decade experience in Financial markets with a proven track record of a minimum of 4 years in Rates/FX advisory firm.

- Ability to migrate current set of clients

- Highly strategic, consultative and solutions orientation with the ability to assess client and play an advisory role

- Strong working knowledge of processes and practices pertaining to treasury management including cash management, liquidity management, risk management and treasury operations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills including a strong command of PowerPoint and public speaking

- Exceptional relationship management skills including strong ability to manage and effectively influence multiple stakeholders

- Demonstrated strong Sales Managerial skills

- Proactive, Self Starter with a results driven mindset
