Essential :

- 8- 12 years of experience post-Graduation

- Extensive experience (4-5 years) in managing multi-functional Solutions, Transitions & change Management

- Experience in working in large / international companies.

- Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders management and leadership skills

- Preferred to have understanding of business and financial issues, including its regulatory environment

- Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity

- Degree in business, finance, or economics
