Job Description - Director of Taxation with a leading healthcare firm based out of Gurgaon.

Description :

As the director of tax, you will be responsible to lead and manage varied operations of the tax practice and to deliver quality tax services that result in enhancing the firm's reputation. It requires serving as the business advisor to the clients aiming at maximising engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes. The responsibilities include :

- Managing matters relating to taxation planning, corporate restructuring projects, mergers & acquisitions related to transaction analysis

- Coordinate accounting for income taxes for international subsidiaries with third party vendors

- Responsible for the entire ownership of transfer pricing arrangements

- Supervising a team which core professionals and consultants

- Liaising with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues

- Responsible to minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations

- Preparing and upgrading the internal systems, controls, and processes

- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for all the legal entities and the group

Profile :

You will be a Chartered Accountant having 10-15 years of experience in handling timely and accurate legal tax matters of International taxation laws and regulations. Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support, and project management will be an asset in your candidature. You should also demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to lead a team and interact with stakeholders at a global level. Candidates possessing an LLB would be an added advantage.
