- Managing entire gamut of direct taxes and indirect taxes to ensure compliances, claiming eligible tax benefits and optimize tax cost for the new business unit.
- Identification of tax opportunities and risks associated with business, implementable ways to mitigate risks.
- Monitoring effective tax rates
- Successfully led various litigation under income tax covering wide range of issues such Transfer Pricing, tax holiday claim, restructuring cost etc.
- Review and monitor the compliances for various legal entities in India from the perspective of Direct and Indirect Tax and inform the management about exceptions (if any).
- Make sure of timely deposit of taxes (Advance tax, Service tax, VAT etc), filing of Corporate Tax return, Service Tax return, VAT returns, etc;
