Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing the Leadership/Executive level recruitment function for Product and Technology, Supply chain management, retail, Corporate function from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.
- Understand business needs and strategy of the organization and design talent acquisition strategies.
- Meet talent needs of business based on targets from workforce plans. Obtain timely information on business needs and convert into actions for the recruitment team
- Continuously review talent acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool
- Review and build a Recruiting framework for leadership/Executive level recruitment function.
- Drive definition and implementation of various Recruiting processes like demand forecasting & management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, refinement of evaluation criteria, definition of Service level metrics etc.
- Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process.
- Interface and build long term and short term agreements with external agencies such as recruitment agencies, job portals, search firms, etc to source quality candidates in a timely manner
