Job Profile :

- Responsible for leading a strategically focused Recruiting Team (TA COE) that works effectively, creatively and collaboratively with individuals and teams throughout the organization with agreed service levels and metrics.

- Establishing a Recruiting Strategy for both Vertical and Lateral recruitment, customizing processes as well as staying abreast of industry trends and local labor market conditions.

- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, directsourcing, etc.).

- Identify and utilize new recruitment channels (e.g., social media sites like Linked-In, Twitter, Facebook Recruitment Apps, Etc).

- To ensure, in conjunction with business managers, that the movement of resources across accounts and business areas across the globe is facilitated in order to address increased profitability; prioritization of delivery; prevention of known business issues such as attrition; and other key business goals.

- Continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes and tools to ensure standardized recruiting processes, interviews, and documentation which are in compliance with legal requirements and guideline as well as providing maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.

- Providing training & education to hiring managers and partners on the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, effective networking strategies, etc. to inspire a stronger partnership between hiring managers, HR, and the recruiting team.

- Ensuring TAT is met for all open mandates for the Teams.

- Participate in the development and rollout of key programs in line with core global design concepts and regional/business specific needs (e.g., Employment Branding; Interview/selection; Career site; University Programs; Employee Referral Programs, etc)

- Build and manage a selection of external vendors / consultants to support recruitment sourcing.
