Client Details

Our client is a global FMCG company with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely considered to be pioneers in the space, and are renowned for the innovative products. Currently, they are looking at recruiting a Director - Supply Chain Planning, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain Planning function for the company (across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Capacity Planning etc).

Further, you will be required to liaise extensively with internal business stakeholders to ensure that the Planning Function is in line with overall company objectives, and has been accounted for by different stakeholders. You will be managing a team of 8-10 professional, and will be responsible for their training and development.

Profile

You will be a Tier 1 MBA Graduate (2002-2006 Batch), with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning roles. Prior experience of working in the FMCG/CD/Consulting Space is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex business situations and lead large teams.
