Ou Client which is an MNC CA Firm, for their captive KPO that's just been set up needs a Delivery Head.  Position : Director - Shared Services   Location : Gurgaon  Role :  - Leading the Shared Services Practice for a Captive (MNC CA Firm) - Just setup and already has 30 people working on European timings  - Responsible for Service Delivery, Operations, Deployments/Transitions, Quality Management & Performance Improvement.  - Overall responsibility for practice set-up, client relationship growth  Candidate Profile :  - 10 -15 years of stable experience at leadership level in shared services KPO of a BIG 4 CA Firm.  - Candidates from Big4 Shared Services need only apply  - Should have handled large delivery operations for multiple business lines of the BIG 4 CA firm  Compensation : 30 - 40 Lakhs
