Director - SCM Shared Services - BPO (10-15 yrs)
The Director, Procurement and Supply Chain -Shared Services will be responsible for planning; developing and leading established customer focused procurement service organization delivering improved organizational efficiencies and improved outcomes for internal customers.
The role will also see you managing 500+ member team delivering procurement and supply chain support to their remote sites. Additionally focusing on automation and transformation across all Mfg. and shared services (and related) systems and processes. The individual will be strategically and operationally responsible for leading, motivating and directing the team to achieve efficient and effective, high-performance services.
The role reports directly to the VP, Global Procurement & Supply Chain. Additionally, you will be the part of the leadership team providing strategic vision and execution.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Engineering/Supply Chain Management. Candidates with MBA will be highly considered.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and other business optimization techniques is desirable
- 10-15 years’ experience in procurement & supply chain functions; with at least 3-5 year experience in a management role.
- Experience in leading procurement and supply chain vertical of a BPO industry is highly desirable.
- Proven people management skills and have led a team of Managers/Senior Managers
- Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Ability to consolidate and handle remote teams and able to work in cross functional organization
Age criteria – 40 – 45.
Candidate should be flexible to move to different location.
