Required Work Authorization: H1B / EAD / Green Card / US Citizen  Role & Responsibility:   - Successfully Executes Sybase Unwired Platform initiatives with various SAP Prospects.  - Engages in Sybase Unwired Platform based Enterprise Mobility Strategies at Customer Sites.  - Conducts workshops to educate, motivate and sell solution/services based SAP Mobility projects.  - Provide leadership to SUP Technology teams at SAP, Sybase and Customer sites around the world.  - Manage Onsite and Offshore Mobility Solution Development/Delivery teams.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and develop and communicate final recommendations.  - Support Sales in prospects and client acquisition.  - Deal pursuits, Solutioning, Estimation and differentiation.   - Work with engagement executives to mine existing accounts and determine opportunity areas around Mobility and User Experience.  - Conduct workshops for account teams and clients with topics around SAP Mobility and UE.  - Generate and launch a number of Rapid Deployment Solutions / Certified Solutions.  Skill & Important Requirement:   - Experience: 10-20 years with extensive experience in SAP Mobility space.  - Experience in Product Management in mobility network related products using Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) 1.5.2 ,1.5.5 ,2.0,2.2 on iOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry Platforms, Phonegap, Sencha Touch, Jquery Mobile, Kony, Syclo, SAP Netweaver Gateway, SAP Netweaver Gateway Mobile & HANA.  - Experience on mobile enablement of different modules of SAP across different verticals.  - Should have lead in building POCs, Pre-sales, GTMs, Analyst connect in the areas of SAP Mobility [SUP and Syclo]  - Should be strong in Object Oriented Concepts, Design and Programming. Solid experience in OOPS (Java),  - Good Understanding of Networking Principles, Data Structures Fundamental.  - Ability to design the Sybase mobile solutions across complex SAP and non-SAP environments, connecting SAP and non-SAP,REST,SOAP systems with mobile devices.
