Director - Sales & Marketing - Medical Equipment/Devices

Job Description :

Based in Delhi NCR, this is the senior position in the India office reports to President India Operations of the leading global medical equipment / devices company.

- Develop and executive marketing & sales strategies and budgets.

- Pro-actively engage with distributors, customers, the team members and business partners to ensure and achieve the service quality and growth potential expected.

- Responsible for the marketing and sales of India businesses in line with the company's Strategic, Business and Budget plan objectives.

Education :

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization

PG:M.Sc - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Marketing

Requirement :

- Candidate must have strong leadership experience in sales and marketing position with the leading medical equipment, medical devices company or Pharmaceutical Organisation.

- Candidate with strong experience in the area of respiratory, wound management, autoclaves and other related areas would be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills

- MBA/Engineer from leading institutions would be preferred.

- Senior level experience in building marketing strategies, budget management, managing distributor network, training teams, client management.
