An FMCG Major is looking forward to hire a Director t Sales and Marketing who should be a Post Graduate in Marketing Management from a Premier B School with 17-25years of total experience out of which at least 12 years should be of sales and core brand marketing experience at a managerial level .  His Prime KRA ‘s would be:  - Give Strategic direction to the team to optimize the overall productivity and performance .  - As a Profit Centre Head, review and set Budget i.e., volume, market share & revenue targets.  - Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.  - Provide leadership and direction to a multi functional team including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service  Delivery, Finance, and Corporate Affairs with profit centre and budget responsibilities.   - Plan and implement strategies on product positioning, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix and pack sizes in order to augment business . Identify and penetrate new market segments and exceed profit margins.  - Analyze price positions and recommends most appropriate pricing changes, assessing the impact on results in turn driving profitability.  - Provides input to marketing based on observations and customer feedback.  - Ensure effective liaison with state Governments and functionaries  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Post Graduate in Marketing Management from a Premier B School with 18-20 years of total experience out of which at least 12 years should be of sales and core brand marketing experience at a managerial level .  - A top notch Sales and Marketing professional with sound business and commercial acumen and P&L orientation in multicultural environment.  - Must have handled a Zonal Head role for at least 2 years with hands-on experience in business turnarounds.  - Experience in Marketing and Sales Operations is mandatory.  - A charismatic leader with impeccable execution capabilities and people skills who can lead the sales team to the next level of growth challenges.  - Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to create partnerships at senior levels across the group.  - Strong mature and decision making ability.  Monica
