Director - Retail Fund Raising - NGO

Successful hire would be resposible for leading the Retail fund raising vertical of the organization and be accountable for the annual fundraising targets for the organization.

As a part of the Executive team, facilitate strategic assistance to the top management. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, mentor and assist team members with career planning and achievement of objectives.

Have the right team structure, with regular learning, development and growth of the team.

Build a performance based culture and collaborative environment across departments.

Conceptualize the Retail fundraising strategy for the organization along with- the product lines, team structure and execution. Setup the Retail fundrasing department (call centers, face-face, building partnerships, online campaign)- to generate retail revenue for the charity.

Generate revenue from the respective retail channels and evaluate various collection mediums/ agencies for retail donations. Establish relevant systems, reports, processes for each channel. Analyze data, trends, etc. in order to achieve maximum ROI.

Explore new projects/ sources for Retail fundraising. Assist/ co-ordinate other fundraising verticals in their database generation or other engagement models. Control the expenses of each Retail channel, to improve its profitability and build a robust Retail donor servicing and retention plan.

Make a good sales toolkit & collaterals through the Communications team and build an effective incentive and R&R plan for boosting perfosrmance. Collaborate with HR team for manpower hiring as per the AOP and budget and- co-ordinate for regular training/ development of the team.
