Director - Quality (10-16 yrs)
One of our premier client is looking for Director Quality at Mumbai. The client is in KPO & Software space for Healthcare.
The brief JD is given below:
Job Description:
- Create and manage operational frameworks to deliver high quality of work
- Create six sigma quality frameworks to drive process excellence for IKS Care in a clinical context using DMAIC, lean six sigma, or other process suitable quality methodologies
- Work with delivery leaders to launch and lead six sigma quality projects across IKS Care
- Set up and manage transactional quality frameworks in a clinical context including quality assessment checklists (for quality assurance leaders), identify CTQ quality metrics, create periodic quality reports
- Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management
Candidate Profile:
- Six sigma quality black belt or master black belt, with at least green belt certification
- 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years are in a process quality role
- Familiarity with knowledge intensive processes, such as KPO research/analytics or legal
