Candidates from top B-schools (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, IIFT, SP Jain, JBIMS, NMIMS) only apply.   - Responsible for End to End P/L account of the Project  - Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines  - Manage programs and managers within the project to ensure successful completion and minimum deviation from the project plan in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality  - Interfacing with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approval signatures.  - Responsible for ensuring that project managers:  - Manage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction  - Managers and administrative support.  - Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.  - Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goals.  - Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation (e.g. PFR, PAR) for project funding authorization.  - Interact with function heads and project clients to clarify specific needs and requirements.  - Keep relevant function heads up-to-date on project status throughout process.  - Ensure best utilization of resources, minimum wastage of raw materials and emergency purchases  - Monitor the quality of the project and safety of all the employees as per the guidelines provided by Quality and Safety team  - Participate in and oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors and selects vendors.  - In certain circumstances, the Project Director will be responsible for managing special studies, initiatives or due diligence assignments  - Identify potential risks for the function in face of KPDL pursuing a rapid growth strategy and develop a risk mitigation strategy  - Responsible for making roadmaps for project within all internal stakeholders for making all sales related strategies (Marketing channels, Sales target plan ,collecting payments from customers etc.) & other project related plan .  - Ensure Delivery as per agreed road map.   We will screen your profile in detail and revert you all possible job position matching to your cv.   Either me or my team member will call you to discuss the JD suitable and share with you a detailed presentation about the company.
