What will you be doing-   - Product strategy and direction: Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business results  - Conceptualization: Ensures consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Ensures value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI, and market-driven alignment  - Develops comprehensive product plans, which incorporates user needs, market requirements, defines the competitive arena, and establishes the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals  - Product launch: Produce high quality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively priorities and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time. Manages a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching products  - Drive disruptive innovation to define new experiences for product in terms of multi-devices, multi- operating systems and input methods which are becoming pervasive   - Promoting an atmosphere of creative experimentation, collaboration, and informed risk taking; building a sense of community  - Define the goals and milestones and the metrics for measuring success  - Moderate brainstorming sessions between diverse groups, including individuals who develop the product, design the product and validate the development  - Ability to visualize how new customer needs can be created through product design  - Research deeply target customer segments, to create market requirements document which is in line with Tally way of building a winning product  - Leads and motivates functional team members in strategy development and implementation of compliance solutions  - Independently performs complex and often unique work assignments and problem resolution within enterprise projects  - Serves as the subject matter expert to ensure documents, projects, processes, and product initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements and enterprise policy  - Reviews laws and regulations for business impact and completes risk assessments. Leads and motivates functional team members in strategy development and implementation of compliance solutions. Utilizes advanced leadership and collaborative skills in interacting with compliance stakeholders or regulatory agencies.   - Anticipates and identifies future needs, opportunities and potential solutions, and leads functional teams through the problem resolution process. Directs analyses and root cause identification; develops and recommends compliance solutions impacting the enterprise. Establishes aggressive goals for the organization and monitors to ensure achievement  - Provides compliance input on business action plans, projects or operational requests. Develops, designs and delivers compliance strategies to senior leadership; negotiates solutions with leadership. Develops and delivers all types of messages effectively  - Ensures proper implementation of business requirements and identifies outstanding compliance issues. Develops action plans for advancing compliance initiatives and for resolving outstanding compliance issues.
