Opening - Director Product Control

Role & Responsibilities:

- The role reports functionally into the Regional Head of Line Control APAC

- Management and oversight of a team of approx 25+ people with responsibility for the daily and monthend P&L and Balance Sheet validation, and the control framework therein

- Leadership and ownership of the direction in line with the strategic vision of global Line Control and Product Control.

- Direct management of senior Vice Presidents

- Stakeholder and relationship management: Intra-PC, namely Business Control, Enabling functions; External to PC, namely Financial Accounting, Data Management Control, Front Office/COOs, Internal Audit; External Audit/Regulators

- Sponsor of regional and global change initiatives as applicable.

- Ownership of the organisation's Human Capital agenda, and all that entails.

DESIRABLE

- Previous Product Control and investment banking experience is desirable but not a pre-requisite

- Previous experience in Audit or an Operational risk function
