The company provides consulting & managed services.  Location :   The position will based at Gurgaon. The role will require working in shifts from 12.30pm to 9.30pm. It could also be in morning like-10:00am to7:00pm/9:00am to 6:00pm. but majorly 12:30pm to 9.:30pm.   Position Description :  - The role will be to design and lead the Strategic projects in Procurement function as part of Global Business Support Services Team.   - He/She will help in developing the strategy around Strategic projects under Procurement and design processes for the same.   - He/She should have a proven ability to drive projects in a large corporation and ensure that the company enjoys a competitive edge when compared to its competitors by securing the best quality, price and terms from suppliers.  Responsibilities :   - Develop and deliver a e-Procurement Strategy to deliver the target benefits  - Establish/Implement new processes and systems for effective e-procurement across the company, develop an e-Procurement vision and identify solutions  - Manage the successful execution of the e-Sourcing plan across all business units. Ensure events are designed to maximize savings and are completed in committed time frames.  - Influence internal stakeholder understanding and utilization of all e-Sourcing modules. This will include but not limited to introduction, customized development, training, consulting, and ongoing support as needed.  - Engage support and agreement for the strategy from key stakeholders so that implementation and compliance are optimal  - Promote the effective management of suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract  - Provide specialist advice, guidance and service on leading practice in e-procurement to all functions, lead the company in identification, assessment and management of potential risks associate with differing e-sourcing strategies  - Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the corporate policy  - Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of procurement.  - Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.  - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.  Position Qualification and Competency Requirements :   - Bachelors Degree preferably in an analytical or business discipline (Accounting/ Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.), MBA Preferred  - Experience with eSourcing platforms such as Ariba etc  - Understanding of the reverse auction process with related technology skills  - Candidate with good knowledge of ERP packages (SAP) would be preferred  - Candidates with knowledge of end-to-end P2P process would be preferred  - 10 to 12 years of experience working in MNC  - Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential  - Establishing effective operating policies, lean initiatives and processes.  - Resourceful and well organized.  - Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  - Flexible during times of change  - Persuasive, encouraging and motivating  - Strong written and oral communication skills  - Strong interpersonal skills.  - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.  - Candidates with experience of working with multiple geographies would be given preference  Work Conditions :  - Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines.  - Would be required to work with colleagues across different geographies and time zones  - Open to Travel  Incase, this interests you then please revert with an updated copy of your CV.  Shefali Singh 09663042244
