Director - Process Excellence - Healthcare Domain - BPO/KPO (15-22 yrs)
Urgent requirement with a leading MNC for Director Process Excellence - Healthcare.
- He/She would be responsible for Lead continuous improvement culture through training, coordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO.
- Candidate must have experience at leadership level with leading BPO/KPO in Healthcare domain.
- Strong experience in Process Excellence and Process Improvement with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
