- Heading the Presales function pan Asia for one of the fastest growing technology companies. Lead a geographical team (Asia) through times of rapid expansion. The Director Pre-Sales (Asia) also focuses on broadly increasing visibility across the industry.

- An iconic global IT company which is an IRM product pioneer, our client comes with product presence in over 20 countries. With close to 5 million users across industries, our client has been helping organizations achieve their objectives wrt. security, governance and compliance.

- They have been feted by the market research leaders in the technology domain due to innovations in agent less receipt of protected documents. They are looking for a super aggressive Presales leader with a high technical orientation based out of Mumbai city.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Vice President Global Presales,you will be responsible to :

- Lead a team of presales consultants to deliver pre-sales technical support in sales presentations, solution development, and product demonstrations of companies capabilities in the Asian region

- Expertly maintain an active program for building capacity and achieving high team performance based on customer, partner and internal company requirements

- Consistent focus on building and maintaining presales team excellence with ongoing attention to talent acquisition and development

- Ensure the presales consultants are proficient in communicating a clear and consistent value proposition of the company solution.

- Drive team development and training including detailed knowledge of industry trends, business acumen, communication skills, etc., enabling them to be extremely effective in their role.

- Manage a fast paced and aggressive sales environment and continuously prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on driving company success.

Profile :

- As the Director Pre-Sales (Asia), you will be a candidate who is able to effectively collaborate with a wide range of technical staff and managers and in customer environments and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

- You should have deep understanding of customer management practices, solutions and all aspect of sales support processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and communicate professionally across all functional lines is critical.

- Must have a strong customer service orientation, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style.
