Director - Pharma Analytics ( Healthcare ) - candidate should have domestic exp ( no international exp )

- 12+ years of experience in the areas of Analytics

- Leading analytics work-streams / engagements, with a focus on a particular Industry.

- Good to have experience in e-commerce, social media & big data analytics, optimization.

- Experience of having excelled in consulting/analytics environment

- Knowledge of advanced analytics/statistical/data mining techniques such as Regression (Linear, Logistic), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID

- Experience in Data Analytics tools such as SAS, R/Revolution R, SPSS

- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, and Business Objects would be a plus.

- Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, staffing, marketing and branding

- Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members

- Capability to build/create a culture of quality, delivery, ownership, and high performance.

- Deep commitment to a positive, highly functional and productive work environment

- Overseeing a large number of business development efforts and client engagements in the assigned sector specific Analytics practice

- Coordinating with the Partner and other key members of the assigned sector specific Analytics leadership team to define and manage practice priorities; with the US/global teams

- Interfacing with key stakeholders in the assigned sector specific Industry vertical to address industry problems and generate demand for the Data & Analytics practice

- Guiding and overseeing the building of a assigned sector specific Analytics Knowledge Repository

- Engaging in demand and resource planning for the practice, and contributing to the recruitment strategy

- An additional responsibility would be to provide inputs to and provide SME/analytics support to teams defining/developing applications/intellectual property that would be useful for analytics engagements in the assigned sector specific sector

- This leader, in addition to bringing strong assigned sector specific analytics leadership skills, will work collaboratively with other members of the Analytics leadership team to oversee firm development and management activities.
