Director - People & Organisation Consulting - Big4 (10-16 yrs)
- Hiring for the Management Consulting arm of One of the Big 4's
- A visionary leader showcasing hands-on management style in the development and implementation of strategic imperatives of the organization to ensure business growth
- Looking for folks who have global and domestic consulting experience leading large and complex projects in theHR Transformation, People & Organisation domain.
- Person would be closely working with the Partner.
- Should be willing to get involved in Business Development as Director level has Business Development targets apart from Execution
- Needs to have deep industry connects to drive revenue growth and win new logos for the organization
Requirements :
- Full time MBA is preferred
- Should have a minimum of 10 -16 years of working experience
- Should have led successful consulting engagements in the area of HR transformation, Change Management, Organization Development, Performance Management etc.
- Needs to have expertise in consulting delivery as well as sales & account management
