Director - Operations Planning - eCommerce (8-16 yrs)
Position: Director Operations planning
The Stage: Operations Development
Your Part:
- Draw 6 months to 1 year operations plan based on 3 year strategy road map.
- Build resources framework for optimal mix of people, process, technology, product & cost to run the operations plan.
- Proactive planning i.e. anticipate possible future failure modes and plan to avoid the same.
- Drive the adherence to the operations plan working across the teams.
- Define, track and improve key metrics pertaining to operations planning.
- Continuous review of operations plan across marketplace and taking quick decisions to align end objective of seller and customer delight.
- Influence cross business stake holders to build their capabilities as per operations plan.
- Work closely with enabling/business partners like business development, finance, HR and operations excellence to scale up for the growth.
Your array (Nice to haves):
- MBA from tier 1 institute with 8+ years experience in operational planning role.
You (Must haves):
- Hands-on experience in operations/operational planning role
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives.
