Job Description:

Strong analytical skills, develop scenarios and work backwards to create plans for the same, good interpersonal skills, Ability to look beyond obvious, understanding trends, understanding customers needs. Extremely strong service system design, maintenance and delivery skills.

- To plan, engineer, manage and monitor operations

- To ensure internal customers & vendors needs are attended with in the stipulated time

- To ensure escalations are handled as per the set guidelines by institute

- To manage and disburse department budget as per the institute's priority

- To plan and oversee the initiatives related to sustainability

- To perform people responsibilities for operations function

Key Performance Indicator:

- Identification of requirements of new facilities and modifications to existing facilities

- Identification of competent vendors

- Operational efficiency

- Cost control

- Reduction of energy and water consumption

- Grow to zero waste and green infrastructure

- Disaster management plan

- Physical Security

- New skill development (Technical/Behavioral), Knowledge enhancement
