Director Operations - Call Center multiple domain experience
Director - Operations (E&U / Telecom / Retail / Media / Manufacturing / Logistics domains)
Key Responsibilities & Skills :
Work experience :
- Experience working in a Matrix Organization.
- Candidate with Multi-function experience with specific experience in managing large call center operations
- Subject matter expertise in a combination of E&U / Telecom / Retail / Media / Manufacturing / Logistics domains is mandatory
- P&L responsibility of between 15-20 mn
- Excellent communication skills
- Client facing with ability to mine accounts
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and ability to strategically lead a large team
- Experience primarily in delivery with experience in Sales/BD/transitions is added advantage
Characteristics :
- Minimum 15 years of Experience & Hands On in multiple verticals.
- Prefer candidates that are stable and have not changed jobs in last three years.
- Candidate should have very valid reasons for moving if more than three moves in 5 years.
- Currently in Third party BPO or has extensive third party experience in past.
- Experience in Working in managing min 500FTE's mandatory.
