Our client is a global digital media platform that connects advertisers and publishers to audiences across all addressable channels. They combines proprietary technology, unique data assets and exclusive media relationships with the brightest team of audience analysts, data scientists and software engineers. It works with over 2,700 clients across 49 markets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

As a Director of Operations, you are expected to manage the day-to-day running of all campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign discrepancies, breaches of brand safety, campaign pacing and performance issues and staffing and team management. Build professional relationships with their technical partners (e.g. Video DSP, Display DSP, Brand Safety Vendor etc), and with media partners, you will also be assisting with mapping out the technical landscape that is relevant to the market. You will be a single point of contact to monitor performance by creating a centralised repository of information for performance of all campaigns, all advertisers, all publishes and all the agency's trading deals. You are expected to avoid possible performance or pacing issues for any advertiser or publisher.

Responsibilities:

Organizational:

- Responsible for developing a local organization to support the growth of the business.

- Working closely with the regional team to ensure consistency in set up, strategy and execution in new product launches.

Operational:

- Ad Operations: ensuring that the tagging, trafficking and set up of pixels, creative- s, ad tags on time and accurately Ad Servers, DSP- s, SSP's and DMP's.

- Programmatic Trading: ensuring campaigns are set up, optimisation, performance, margin management across all campaigns.

- Workflow management of business operations system, reporting on performance and campaign issues, maintaining repository of success stories and campaign issues.

- Ensuring performance target of each campaign is met in terms of KPI and financials along with ensuring set up time, issues and other campaign metrics are maintained.

- Product Support - ensuring launch of new products, execution of innovative solution to ensure products are best in class and all innovative opportunities are considered and executed

- Strategic: ensuring that leading industry trends are implemented into the product and operational roadmaps

- Investment Management: striking strategic relationships with publishers and ensuring the investment to this publishers is managed holistically to meet common goals.

- Data Management: ensuring creation and utilization of proprietary data assets and ensuring the health of these data assets are maintained

- Managing and nurturing a team to ensure personal development and growth of the individual is established and being developed.

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in marketing, economics, statistics or related technical field is preferred; MBA is highly preferred

- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on display, video, and/or mobile products and technology; at least 4 years within the digital marketing industry

- Strong technical competence and advanced knowledge of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, supply side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, data management platforms, RTB, DSPs across several digital media channels.

- Demonstrated success taking products to market and achieving ambitious, quantifiable business objectives

- Substantial experience working with broad cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with ability to influence the opinions of internal constituencies, executives, clients and partners to adopt new strategies and take action.

- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical and advanced concepts in precise and clearly understandable terms to a variety of audiences.

- Sound business judgment and commercial acumen

- Strategic vision to predict new trends in digital marketing and implement sound strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities ahead of our competitors.
