We are looking for Director - Operation in India based at Chennai.  Organization: A leading Automotive organization More than $12+ billion Group, have presence across India.  Candidate should have strong experience in Operation. Should manage 3 plant operation independently.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  The incumbent will be in charge of complete operations of the three manufacturing sites at Chennai where he / she will be responsible for:  - Coordination and leadership for all manufacturing operations in south India, which is a very important business for Company;  - Ensure that the agreed business target (manufacturing volumes of product portfolio) is achieved based on agreed performance standards;  - Ensure consistent production and supplies to customers in line with plans;  - Be responsible for preparation, monitoring and achievement of budget for all three plants in the Southern region;  - Ensure effective continuance of current JIT systems;  - Actively challenge the current work processes and standards, with a view to improve them and create new innovative methods;  - Develop and deploy forecasting techniques for production vis-- -vis human and material resources;  - Establish operations initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery and employee relations;  - Lead relevant teams to focus on productivity enhancement and cost optimization programs at site;  - Drive the team to continuously improve upon performance and achieve high standards expected for the sites;  - Maintain a high level of motivation across the plants;  - Be responsible for people development including leadership development/ succession planning within the function;  As key member of the leadership team, provide strategic foresight and tactical as well as operational fleet footedness  Kindly give us below info along with your update profile.  - Current CTC -   - Expt CTC -   - Notice -   - Current Location -   - Will you be able to relocation in Chennai-   - Have you been ever approached by Lear Corporation-   - Do you know Tamil (Speak & Read):-  - Age (Should not more than 45 years):-  - Candidate must have experience to managed multiplant (at list 2 or more)  For more info please call or inbox me.  Ajay Kasar 9820895929
