- Understand the different areas of operations/business/service offering

- Develop and implement strategy for the operations organisation under the ambit of the overall strategic plans

- Responsible for achievement of the service and financial targets for the cost centre (Operational teams)

- Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team to meet departmental KPIs and project SLA’s.etc..
