Position: Director Marketplace Non Key Accounts

The stage: Operations excellence

Your Part:

Build vision and strategy for Non Key accounts operations in marketplace.

Build framework for operations support in non-voice format.

Spearhead NKA operations.

Define, track and improve key metrics pertaining to NKA.

Continuous performance review of existing NKA based on growth, selection and quality. Taking quick decisions to align end objective of seller and customer delight.

Build process sustainability for continuous increase in NKA.

Build capabilities to provide competitive marketplace to sellers.

Explore and implement new ideas for NKA delight.

Drive strong system capabilities partnering closely with Technology/Engineering team for NKA.

Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.

Work closely with enabling/business Partners like HR, Finance, Legal and operations excellence for NKA.

Your Array:

- MBA from tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM/ISB) with a general management experience of 8+ years in an operational leadership role.

You (Must Haves):

- Experience in sales, account management

- Strong negotiation skills

- Very high customer orientation

- Functional/Technical background. Should have an experience in leading & working with large teams.

- Excellent communication skills

- Apart from all experience of having worked with global supply chain and e-commerce, you will manage large scale delivery in B2B & B2C environment.
