We seek an experienced, marketing measurement and analytics leader to provide thought leadership, structured thinking and business savvy to see how data can help marketers make stronger business decisions, and develop highly effective and efficient marketing and sales efforts.   - This individual must be very familiar with advanced measurement techniques, such as ANOVA/ANCOVA, multivariate regression analysis, logistic regression, hierarchical Bayesian techniques, forecasting, and other ROI measurement approaches.   - He/she must have strong understanding of data environments and campaign / list execution. Work closely with on shore and off shore teams to ensure seamless delivery of the projects.  - Build culture of innovation and thought leadership to go beyond delivery and add more value through insights and new approaches of measurement & analytics  - Play a connector role within and across team by connecting people with ideas.  - Act as Integrator for combined theme insights  - Increase effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunity areas and solutioning these new opportunities  - Work on taking our technical capabilities to the next level.
