Candidates should have strategic and analytical skills to work closely with agency's digital account teams to develop best-in-class solutions on the programmatic platform.
Candidate should have hands on experience with strategy and or big data analysis. To be able to value add to the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Agency Leads with client strategy development, annual account plans, and marketing solutions for clients
- Set up, troubleshoot, manage & optimize all aspects of programmatic campaigns from QA and launch to post-campaign analyses.
- Analyse campaign performance mid- and post-flight to uncover learnings, optimization approaches and insights.
- Work hand-in-hand with DSP partners, data providers, and premium publishers to maximize client success.
- Leverage other technologies such as 3rd-Party Ad Servers, Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and Analytics, Reporting & Verification tools.
- Mine campaign, ad server, impression, and user data to identify and capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth
- Master media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges
- Provide strategic campaign measurement recommendations that correlate to the targeting and brand objectives
- Apply query techniques to make sense of impression, click, and action data.
Prior Experience
Required
- Geek-level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Experience analysing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using analytics software including: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Access, Qlikview, SAS, and MS Access, strongly preferred.
- Digital experience: DSP, GDN, Ad Network, Publisher, Media Optimization, or SEM strongly preferred
- A passion for ad tech, and if applicable, experience with any of the following technologies: Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), 3rd Party Ad Servers (3PAS), Social Buying Platforms or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) PPC Bid Managers.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Applied Sciences, Operations Research or Industrial Engineering degrees strongly preferred
- Expertise analyzing large data sets and generating actionable insights in Excel, Tableau or Domo.
