Director - Marketing Analytics - BFSI (9-14 yrs)
The Director will lead Small Merchants targeting & segmentation and Small Merchants Business Insights & Campaign Analytics team comprising business analysts/statisticians.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leveraging a structured thinking approach to solve Small Merchants business problems and provide strategic insights and guidance to business leaders.
- Partner with Big Data labs to develop and implement Small Merchants analytical capability in Big data platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency & experience in econometric, statistical and machine learning techniques to develop best in class predictive models &segmentation methodology.
- Experience with experimental test design, campaign execution and measurement.
- Prior experience working with Payment Networks building merchant value proposition strategy is a plus.
- Knowledge of Big Data capability & analytical tools is a big plus (PIG/Hive, Random forest, K nearest neighbor, GBM etc).
- Experience and understanding of SAS/SQL programming in a complex data environment.
- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, MBA or related quantitative fields from a top tier institute.
- Proven results driver with 8+years of experience.
