Director - Marketing (9-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages the Marketing function and leads all the marketing activities including branding, communication, strategy formulation and execution.
- Prepare an annual marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report regularly on its status.
- Formulating and ensuring quality execution of marketing strategies for market identification and penetration, thereby improving the market share of organization
- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organisation for strategic market planning, market research programmes; field force activities, and control of marketing budget.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all collaterals and publications.
- Plan, produce, and execute successful corporate events and major trade shows, working with agencies and production houses.
- Manage Company's outreach program through PR and Advertising agencies.
- Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
- Lead the Group's brand building efforts and key trade relationships as well as support and grow individual lines of business in line with existing and emerging opportunities.
- Manage analyst relationships (i.e. Forrester, Gartner, etc.) for better positioning of organizations services and products portfolio.
