Client Details :
- Our client is one of the largest paints and chemicals companies in the world. They have established themselves as one of the leading players in this space, and are globally renowned for their innovative product range. Over the years, they have established a strong presence in the India market, and are looking at further strengthening their position here. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director (APAC Global Role), based out of their corporate office in New Delhi.
Description :
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for :
- Leading the manufacturing & supply chain function for the company (across different geographies).
- Developing and implementing various manufacturing & supply chain strategies to support overall business objectives/plans.
- Driving various process improvement projects for the company across the entire value chain.
- Liaising extensively with different functional leaders to drive synergies for the business.
- Leading and managing a large cross functional and geographical team.
Profile :
You will have a degree in Chemistry/Chemicals, with around 20 years of experience in core manufacturing, operations, production based roles. Prior experience of "batch production" is a must. Additionally, if you have worked in a global role in the past - then this would be an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering strong business results over the years.
