- We are hiring for the position of Director of a well established Management Institute. The school was set up over twenty five years ago and enjoys good reputation and ranking.

The responsibilities as Director broadly include the following :

- Responsibilities of running a B-school offering Post-Graduate Programs

- Providing academic and administrative leadership and guidance to teaching and non-teaching staff

- Harness and develop relationship with important stakeholders

- Responsibility for ensuring compliance of all statutory obligations of UGC, AICTE, University and other relevant bodies

- Ph.D and MBA/PGDM from leading institutes or Equivalent Education.

- 20 plus years of experience with impeccable track record of Managing an Institution from Industry, Higher Education or Third Sector.

- Preferred age 45-55 years. Interest in management education, capability of managing an institution and quest for excellence are desired attributes for the role-holder.
