Director - Learning & Development - Global Marketing Innovation Firm (14-18 yrs)

We are looking for high impact individuals for Director- L&D position with our client - Leading MNC (Global Marketing Innovator)

Responsibilities:-

- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify and address gaps.

- Plans and leads short- and long-term succession planning for organisational development programs.

- Support the organisation with L&D metrics, systems, reporting, communication, creative marketing, and L&D offerings.

- Leads career and succession planning process, including connection to recruitment and selection, as well as education and development.

- Consult with senior leadership on individual development plans and needs including for executives and emerging leaders.

- Collaborate with external and internal learning leader communities to expand L&D knowledge and capability.

- Responsible for creating and maintaining the Company's learning & development budget and other duties as assigned by management.

- Mentor and motivate direct reports to create a high functioning learning & development team.
