Senior Director - Learning & Development - APAC EMEA (11-18 yrs)
Role :
Reporting into the CEO, your responsibilities will include :
- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Leading the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- As a L&D Director, you will play a key role in contributing to the L&D strategy by making recommendations on focus areas to be prioritized, resources required etc.
- Design and deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the organizations we support
- Run learning engagements with clients at the centre: driving and conducting needs analysis, creating learning plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
Training and Facilitation :
- Facilitate training needs analysis with BHR and/ or key stakeholders, create and implement annual and monthly training plan including needs survey, analysis and solutions based on business needs.
- Identify new needs from business, review, design/refine existing learning solutions including planning and process improvement beyond core learning and development offerings as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements :
- More than 10 years of experience in the areas of Organization Development
- CIPD / CPLP / Disc / MBTI Preferred
