Client Details :

- Our client is one of the leading China based real estate companies with their presence across the various countries. They are widely known for their property development and property management business. Currently, they are looking to recruit an Investment Director, to manage their business across particular region in India

Job Description :

Reporting to the VP Investment, you will be responsible for :

- Leading and formulation investment plans and responsibility for developing new business in the concerned region

- Analyzing the market conditions by conducting in depth research in the concerned market

- Organize land negotiation, auctioning, contract signing and assist the project department to fill the related formalities

- Working closely with different functional heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

- You will be a professional with more than 5 years of experience in the real estate industry with thorough knowledge of the real estate bylaws, expertise in managing land acquisitions and liaising with various govt agencies to manage all the formalities for the project.The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
