Job Profile:
- Manage senior level relationships with International Financial Institutions and Domestic Institutions with international requirements to meet sales targets.
- Raising liabilities for the Bank - raising general purpose Tier 1 capital, sub-debt and perpetuals, and refinancing of export portfolios/SME/ECA.
- Setting up of counterparty limits for forex, swaps, trade, guarantees, import financing etc.
- Generate transaction banking revenue from FI relationships through products like buyer's credit, post shipment export bill discounting, SBLC backed funding etc.
- Provide forex remittance services to exchange houses, non-India presence foreign banks, mutual funds for international investment and manage dividend/capital flows of non-AD foreign banks
- Drive fixed income sales to mutual funds/ insurance/ non-India presence foreign banks; provide FCNR deposits to NRI segments; manage M&A, PE, FX, Guarantees/Counter Guarantees partnerships for reciprocal referrals
- Own, articulate & execute business strategy covering product development, sales & service delivery.
- Drive sales team to acquire and manage new business from target clients.
- Develop sales plans to achieve annual revenue target.
- Work closely with the International FIG RMs to create pitch presentation and prepare business proposal.
- Provide inputs to Product teams to develop new products and services and ensure that the needs of International FI clients are serviced appropriately.
