Director - Inside Sales - International Market - SaaS Products (7-14 yrs)

About the organization:

A leading SAAS based product development company with over 35,000 customers across the globe with a few of them namely- NASA, Pearson, Peugeot, etc. The organization is at an exciting phase and requires a truly passionate individual to develop its Inside Sales team - a go-getter who doesn’t believe in following the herd.

As the flag-bearer of the next level of customer experience in the industry, we require someone with established credentials in managing and directing sales teams.

- You would be directly responsible for rolling and deploying our sales strategies, and would be given the autonomy, authority and an accountability to drive things around.

You would be directly responsible for:

- Building and managing a global team of highly motivated A-players including managers

- Delivering 100% growth YoY (10% MoM) on sales revenue earned

Some of the things you'd do to achieve those goals:

- Lead a team of Inside Sales Managers and define new processes from scratch

- Report directly to the Vice President Sales

- Take ownership of driving the organization to deliver the next level of customer experience

- Have the flexibility to manage a 24x5 team

- Build and scale a fun and positive work culture within the team

- Work across diverse teams to organize processes, tools and systems to get things done

- Provide feedback on development and growth of the organization at all levels

This kind of experience is what we're looking for:

- 7+ years of work experience

- 4+ years experience managing Sales teams

- MBA with Engineering background is a huge plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Understanding of SaaS business

- Experience in B2B selling and international selling in a product company

- Should have carried at least a $5 Million USD quota

- Experience with sales and marketing automation software such as Salesforce, Marketo and Zuora is a plus
