- It's parent company engineers and manufactures electronics that go into millions of new cars and trucks.

Position: Director : Inside Sales

Experience : 7 - 14 yrs

CTC : Open for discussion

Location : Bangalore

- To qualify as a candidate you have to have experience with managing and building an inside sales organization with at least 150 sales representatives that are selling to businesses in the U.S.

- If not then you might be a candidate for a team lead or a Manager position.

If the following description resonates, you may be a good fit for this position:

- You no longer have to manage inside sales reps that have territories the size of postage stamps with impossible quotas.

- You are a seasoned Inside Sales Director that brings the revenue in.

- You are innovative and are always thinking "out of the box".

- You know how to roll up your sleeves and handle multiple tasks at one time.

- You know how to cold call and can teach others.

- You have and can build a very successful inside sales team from scratch.

- You know what it takes to be a top salesperson.

- You know that before you can close a customer you have to understand their business and what their "pain points" are.

- You and your team of Inside salespeople are always the best. Second best does not count.

- Finally, you are entrepreneurial and enjoy working in a fast growing environment.

Requirements:

- Sr. professional with atleast 2 years experience managing a very large B2B inside sales organizations selling to U.S customers with at least 100 sales reps, 5 managers, and 25 Team leads.

- 3 + years managing an Inside Sales group of top performers selling to businesses from the SMB markets to Enterprise customers

- 3 + years hiring and training salespeople

- Outstanding analytic, organizational and reporting skills

- Strong presentation and closing skills

- Proven track record with teams that you have built and managed which have met or exceeded sales quotas

- Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example

- Extensive experience in managing numerous sales campaigns at one time.
