Position: Director : Inside Sales

- To qualify as a candidate you have to have experience with managing and building an inside sales organization with at least 150 sales representatives that are selling to businesses in the U.S.
- If not then you might be a candidate for a team lead or a Manager position.

Requirements:
- Sr. professional with atleast 2 years experience managing a very large B2B inside sales organizations selling to U.S customers with at least 100 sales reps, 5 managers, and 25 Team leads.
- 3 + years managing an Inside Sales group of top performers selling to businesses from the SMB markets to Enterprise customers
- 3 + years hiring and training salespeople
- Outstanding analytic, organizational and reporting skills
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Proven track record with teams that you have built and managed which have met or exceeded sales quotas
- Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example
- Extensive experience in managing numerous sales campaigns at one time.
