Client Details

Our client is a well funded FMCG organisation with manufacturing plant in India. They have emerged as category leaders during the course of last two years. Our client is coming up with new manufacturing plant and launching new product lines.

Description

- Head the entire SAP and Sales Force Automation roll out at the organisation

- Creating and deploying the IT strategy in line with the company's vision and overall strategy

- Performing vendor selections and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and maintenance of hardware, software and network services

- Maintaining the company's hardware and software assets; and ensure high availability of infrastructure for power, Internet connectivity and file servers

- Maintaining the security of the IT infrastructure against viruses and cyber-attacks. Ensuring that adequate redundancy is built in IT systems and infrastructure to deal with

- Ensure efficient and timely implementation of hardware / software IT projects by coordinating with various stakeholders

- Coordinate with information system partners to ensure that systems are aligned to business requirements

- Perform basic customisation on CRM, WMS & DBMS software as per management requirements

- Develop and enforce a firm-wide IT hardware and software policy

- Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot problems

- Supervise and coordinate the performance of third party service vendors

Profile

Successful candidate would have strong experience in ERP implementation in a mid sized organisation. Candidate should have extensive hands on experience in implementing IT and Information Services polices and processes. You should have excellent communication with strong personality.
