Job Title: Director, iBoxx Operations

Job Location: Noida

Years of experience: 14+years

Job Description:

- Strong knowledge of financial markets and exposure to databases and macro programming is necessary.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of: Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Indices, ETFs, Pricing.

- The successful candidate will possess understanding of the financial services landscape globally, a deep appreciation for the commercial aspect of the business, exposure to various types of participants in the financial markets, and an interest in the Indices business.

The candidate will have multiple requirements spanning team oversight, people management, as well as individual responsibilities for projects. These will include:

- Rebalancing and Previews of different Fixed Income Indices

- Reference data for Fixed Income Indices

- New index on-boarding

- Pricing and Delivery of Indices across Fixed Income, Equities, Loans, etc.

- Operational Management and Controls

- Operational Improvements

- Managing projects including Indices business globally, and India-focused locally

- Team management and supervision, including reviews, compensation, promotions, etc.

- Training needs for the teams

- Transitioning/Migrating work from other locations

- Setting up new processes

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a quantitative area of study

- At least 10 years- experience with exposure to at least two of the following area: Indices, ETFs, Fixed Income, Equities. The work experience must show increasing levels of responsibility

- Experience with an operational environment, preferable managing Fixed Income data

- Experience in process analysis, improvement and documentation

- Excellent skills in Excel. Experience in using SQL and VBA

Commercial awareness:

- The candidate should have breadth of knowledge in the financial services industry.
